lettered "CH", Fine to Very Fine used example with clear
barred oval "B32" cancellation which corresponds to the
British Post Office of Buenos Aires. The stamp is in perfect condition,
with good colour and is entirely free from faults or repairs.
Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity by Sismondo. The Stanley
Gibbons 2009 catalogue value is GBP 600.00, or about US$ 1,115.00, for
examples used in Great Britain. Five shilling stamps used abroad in
flawless condition are very scarce. |
