x 3670 cvr Scott #10, SG #9. Ten pence vermilion, imperforated, watermark large star, tied by tidy black bars cancellation to a cover sent from Galle to Sevenoaks, Kent, and re-addressed to Ferns, Wexford, Ireland. In front is the red Galle c.d.s. of September 10, 1863, London transit of October 29, 1863, and the red boxed "REDIRECTED / POSTAGE UNPAID". On reverse is a Seveanoaks arrival c.d.s.
