Block 2. Tenth Anniversary of "Deutsch Nothilfe", sheet of
four stamps, overprinted "1923-1933". This sheet is in Very
Fine codition, stamps are perfectly centered, and colours are fresh. It
appears to be Never Hinged, but is priced as lightly hinged as the paper
has a few minor disturbances. The four stamps are indeed Never Hinged.
