131030 * Lebanon. Scott #18a-21a. 1924. Set of four stamps of France surcharged in black "GRAND LIBAN" and new values in piastres, all four with INVERTED SURCHARGE. Dallay 2006-7 catalogue value is Euro 1,800.00, which is about US$ 2,775.00. There is a gum defect on the third value which does not affect the front of the stamp. The set is accompanied by a Sismondo certificate of authenticity. Fine and Rare Set. (4) $ 1,400.00
