Quality varies. The 2c, 5c, 20c and 4 Ptas are very fine mint, full gum and lightly hinged. The 25c, 50c and 10 Ptas are very fine pairs without gum. The 10c and 15c pairs have very minor toning spots on reverse, otherwise very fine mint with full gum. The 30c and 40c pairs have more toning.
