The eight high values of the 1879 set of newspaper and periodicals
stamps, all mint and very lightly hinged. This is a sensational set of
stamps due to its magnificent freshness of colour and gum. All the eight
stamps have fine to Very Fine centering and some of the high values have
Very Fine to extremely fine centering. Overall it should be one of the
finest groups of these stamps in existence. The 2004 Scott Catalogue
