Ten cents blue Vancouver Island, imperforate, on medium white wove paper with watermark "Crown and CC" upright. The pair of stamps is entirely free from faults, has neat blue Vancouver Island cancellation, and has margins clear of the framelines on all sides. A rare multiple. We are aware of five used pairs off cover (two from the Dale-Lichtenstein collection and one from the huge Wellburn collection), two pairs on cover, and one pair on large fragment of a cover. Thus, possibly a total of eight pairs (in good condition) have been recorded. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity by Sismondo (2008). Scott catalogue 2009 net retail for two singles is
